Customer Experience Specialist

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• provide accurate information and solutions
• Understand client needs and address concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Educate clients on the nonprofit’s services, programs, and initiatives
• Work proactively to identify solutions while adhering to organizational policies
• Maintain and update client interactions using CRM tools and software
• Work with cross-functional departments to enhance customer experience and streamline processes

• 1+ years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a nonprofit, community-driven, or customer-centric environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• college coursework or degree in communications, customer relations, or similar fields is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook) is a bonus
• Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and empathy are essential
• Ability to work onsite initially
• transition to a hybrid model after six months of employment
