As Customer Experience Manager for the IKEA Delft market, you will lead efforts to ensure the best omnichannel shopping experience for customers, managing departments like Check-out, Goods Handout, Merchandise Pickup, and more. You will focus on improving the customer journey while collaborating with the Market management team to drive strategic growth.
Job Responsibility:
Creating, owning and managing the Customer experience Strategy for the market
promoting a customer-focused culture
directing the Customer Experience department and other customer-related activities
developing a strategic plan to become a high performing omnichannel retailer
understanding local competitor offers, customer shopping behaviors, and living situations
improving customers’ shopping experience
securing an easy buying process to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
Solid IKEA retail background
proven track record of performance and leadership
familiar with the way IKEA does business
passionate about giving an amazing customer shopping experience
excellent communication skills
strong analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view
ability to prioritize operational data and make decisions with speed and simplicity
leadership skills
ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and school holidays
