Join us in building the future of finance. Our mission is to democratize finance for all. The CXR Pathway Program serves as an entry point for diverse talent to build a career in financial services! The program is designed to help you build foundational knowledge and gain confidence to attain the required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to become a registered broker alongside your cohort. We demonstrate strong customer focus across a wide range of needs, from simple to complex, via chat, email, and phone channels. As a member of this team, you'll be the company's voice and will use exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure our users feel understood and valued. Your job is not only to help our customers, but to help us learn as a company from each interaction—so we can make our customers' experience as seamless as possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in the CXR Pathway Program, including: Introduction to licensing with paid study time
  • Foundational training and proficiency
  • Completion of licensing
  • Registered Representative training and proficiency
  • Transition into team alignment and production, which includes: Delivering an outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone
  • Acting as the voice of the customer by identifying and sharing feedback for service improvements
  • Growing financial services expertise and developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts

Requirements:

  • Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving support environment
  • Ability to embrace skill development through coaching, feedback, and goal setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in financial services preferred
  • Commitment and resilience to achieve licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks
  • Strong independent judgment, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer support
  • Comfort providing support across channels including phone and written formats
  • Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver outstanding service
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Existing FINRA SIE license preferred
  • Prior experience in customer support preferred
