You will extract, analyze, validate and report on the core CRM performance metrics and build insight from customer data across all channels. You will be accountable for managing and interrogating our customer data and developing insight aimed to inform decision making in acquisition and retention strategy as well as driving customer lifetime value.

Requirements:
Ability to analyze, interpret and mine disparate, raw data and identify actionable insights
Working knowledge of data integrity and visualizations tools

Proven ability to communicate the science of data simply to others to help educate on opportunities
