Job Description:

As a Customer Coordinator at IKEA, you will contribute to improving the customer experience by managing day-to-day operations, enhancing customer relationships, and collaborating with other functions to support in-store operations while fostering IKEA's culture and values.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day operations assigned by the Team Leader, including opening and/or closing duties for the unit
troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response, authorization, access, etc.
enhance the shopping journey of visitors to IKEA by collaborating with all functions to increase co-worker competence and knowledge
ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey
record information in relevant systems to improve the customer's future shopping experience
enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure profitability
offer alternative solutions that meet individual customer needs
contribute to an environment where IKEA culture embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Requirements:

3 years of related experience
1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment
ability to perform physical demands such as lifting, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring and carrying occasionally (1-25lbs).
