Customer Care Centre CCC Specialist

• Develop and support the IKEA Transport & Services function in context with the Customer Care Centre operations
• Ensure all transportation and service related aspects are addressed
• Identify and report trends in key meetings to ensure processes are functioning correctly
• Work proactively with stakeholders to address performance issues relating to transport service providers
• Act as designated contact point for Customer Care Centre and Service Office Logistics for transportation matters
• Monitor and oversee Transportation Service Provider related issues on a trend basis
• Support new hires and new markets with relevant information

• Educational qualification in logistics, economics, business administration and/or relevant working experience (min. 2 years)
• Communication skills both in written and verbal
• Knowledge of the IT systems landscape associated with IKEA Transport & Services
• Fluency in English and preferably local language
