We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Basingstoke! Job Responsibility:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Answering queries via phone, email, and chat with a positive and professional attitude
Assisting customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring a seamless experience
Building long-lasting relationships with customers, making their satisfaction your top priority
Collaborating with team members to share insights and improve service delivery

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to convey information clearly and effectively
Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help others and go the extra mile for customers is key
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer inquiries
