Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Taking inbound calls from existing customers-building relationships and solving problems like a pro
Teaming up with the Sales crew to uncover new opportunities and boost customer value
Creating quotes and supporting the sales process with precision and flair
Helping launch monthly promos and new products-making sure customers are in the know
Building and managing email campaigns that actually get clicks
Working with marketing to bring fresh ideas to life
Keeping things organised with general admin tasks (filing, matching, processing)

Requirements:

Top-notch communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to work solo or in a team
Organisational skills that keep everything running smoothly
