Job Description:

This role involves providing customer support for Australia and New Zealand customers and channel partners. Proficiency in English and experience in service or end-user support environments are key. The candidate will need to handle customer relations, demonstrate effective communication, and possess a working knowledge of consumer rights and warranties. Requirements:

Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years related experience or Master's degree and up to two years experience
1-2 years related experience in a telephone support position in a service or end-user support environment
Proficient in English verbal & written communications to support Australia and New Zealand customers and channel partners
The role requires active listening, clear articulation, and effective written communication.

Nice to have:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Working knowledge of the field of Customer Relations
Demonstrated verbal communication and customer service skills
Intermediate-level knowledge of operating systems software
Demonstrated writing/correspondence skills
Experience and demonstrated presentation skills
Knowledge of legal ramifications/conflicts in Customer Relations environment such as consumer rights and manufacturers' warranty responsibility.
