The Technical Marketing resource is responsible for creating IT, security, and technical content, managing multiple projects, and working with cross-functional teams to meet high-quality standards for commercial excellence. This role supports the Global Marketing and US Region Sales and HIT teams by responding to technical questions related to MMS solutions, including Alaris, Pyxis, and Health Sight platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Write technical responses for IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, customer queries, and security audits
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical SMEs and Global Marketing teams
Provide technical training to support MMS solutions and product releases
Ensure product security white papers and technical details are current and complete
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce customer-centric, strategic responses for proposals and sales enablement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Technical IT training
Knowledge of BD MMS products preferred
Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to assimilate technical information into customer-facing responses
Strong project management skills
Customer-centric perspective and a desire to assist and support
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Ability to develop strong internal relationships with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams
Commitment to providing timely and accurate responses to avoid risks or lost opportunities
