As a CTO Communicator within the region of the Chief Technology & Transformation Officer, Region 2 (CTO2), you will support the CTO with expertise in shaping the storyline of the region. Being part of the global communications team and CTO2 Office, the role focuses on contributing to the customer-centric strategy, implementing internal and external communications, and creating campaign opportunities to strengthen the CTO2 brand. You will also develop communication plans, liaise with senior management, and create compelling content for multiple channels.
Job Responsibility:
Lead internal communication within CTO2, driving prominent regular events such as townhalls, all-hands, info sessions
Develop and execute a strategic communications roadmap for CTO2 region while incorporating, in alignment with, the Allianz Technology global strategy
Identify and create new campaign opportunities to enhance CTO2 brand and visibility
Liaise with relevant senior management and CTO2 leadership to shape communication around ongoing strategic initiatives
Take active part in the global communications community and act as bridge between local and global communities
Create compelling content for various communication channels, including speaking notes, internal newsletters, social media posts (internal and LinkedIn), and presentations
Requirements:
Minimum of 8-10 years experience in a similar role
Degree or equivalent professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field
Excellent written and verbal – English- communication and strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills for coordination and proactive communication with C-level executives
Interest in IT transformation and ability to understand strategic transformation topics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms
Creativity and ability to bring innovative ideas in terms of communication strategy & engagement
