Job Description:

The CSG Relationship Manager is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and process improvements. Requires understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and contribute to overall business objectives. Evaluates moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact and provides leadership within teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to, uncover and anticipate future needs
  • Serves as clients' contact point and manage internal departments for customer service issues
  • Introduce solutions to clients in building and strengthening effective portfolio
  • Work with product specialists to structure innovative and customized solutions
  • Work with Case Manager on client on-boarding and retention including KYC compliance
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet
  • Drive innovation in solutions provided to clients
  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals that balance risk and reward
  • Maximize client experience by sharing markets updates and intelligence
  • Assist in research and identification of prospective clients
  • Network with clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare/oversee new transaction submissions & annual reviews
  • Actively protect Citi's assets and reputation as first line of defense
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and process
  • Track record of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
  • Core credit skills experience
  • Strong Relationship and Pipeline management
  • Intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
  • Ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit origination process
  • Advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling and statement analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in team setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • FINRA S63, SIE and S79 obtained within 150 days from date of hire
