Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred
a background in Mechatronics is considered a plus
Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members, driving results through effective coordination and teamwork
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations
Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required
Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment
Forward thinking mindset with the ability to plan and anticipate operational needs over a 3–6 month time horizon
Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for reporting, customer interaction, and internal coordination

Job Responsibility

Leads and coordinates the daily activities of the Electromechanics Engineering team, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and consistent execution across all assigned sites
Oversees all service activities and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Plans and manages coverage for all Electromechanics Engineer absences, ensuring uninterrupted support for customer operations
Develops team capabilities, promoting skill growth, professional development, and a culture of technical excellence
Monitors and ensures the effectiveness of Electromechanics Engineering activities, guaranteeing adherence to customer requirements and timely completion of daily reporting obligations
Supplies Customer Care Management with accurate and timely updates, including activity status, risks, and improvement opportunities across customer sites
Manages and coordinates contractor engagement, guaranteeing compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and technical expectations

Job Responsibility

Organise and lead validation activities to provide an effective validation service
Ensure all required documentation for a validation exercise, including validation protocols and summary reports, are created and maintained
Provide input and technical expertise for the creation and revision of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality/validation documentation
Plan validation activities to ensure customer and business needs are met in alignment with the overall project plans, objectives and schedules
Ensure design projects relating to processes, facilities, equipment, and computer system validation are in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
Provide validation support and advice to operations and other areas of the business as required to ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
Provide specialist knowledge on validation of
process, facility, equipment and application of computer systems used within production and service
