Crystal Ski Operations Support Agent

• Be the key link in the chain between resort teams, head office colleagues, and suppliers
• Provide essential admin support to enable resort teams to focus on delivering amazing customer service
• Support all related functions of office management to ensure that every day runs smoothly
• Help keep guests happy by being the 'go to' person for resort staff
• Ensure teams have everything they need to travel to destination and do their jobs without issue
• Work with resort teams to ensure the content of the Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional, on brand, useful and engaging for guests
• Support guest facing teams by either supporting the team on the ground at the airport or undertaking essential tasks in the offices

• Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• Genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, great team player with excellent communication skills
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work on your own
• Confident using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel
• Enjoy driving overseas and confident to do so in snowy conditions
• Fluent verbal and written English is required
• German would be desirable
• Experience in working in an office environment or something similar
