Crystal Ski Operations Support Agent

• Help keep guests happy as the ‘go to’ person for resort staff
• ensure teams have everything they need to travel to destination
• work with resort teams to ensure content of Crystal Ski Explorer App is professional and engaging
• provide support to guest-facing teams at airports or undertake essential office tasks.

• Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player with excellent communication skills
• high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• self-motivated and able to work on your own
• confident using IT tools and systems, with strong proficiency in Excel
• confident driving overseas in snowy conditions
• fluent verbal and written English is required
• experience in working in an office environment or something similar.
