Crystal Ski Operations Agent

• Deliver exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure
• plan guest transfers from airport to resort and back
• monitor flights and coordinate with airport management and suppliers
• deal with lost property
• gather feedback from colleagues to enhance services
• distribute feedback to suppliers
• work on bespoke transfer system and Microsoft Excel
• verify supplier invoices and liaise with accounts for prompt payments.

• Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• enjoy spreading positivity and being a great team player
• digital know-how and a willingness to learn
• efficient and organized with multitasking skills
• confidence in challenging situations and problem-solving abilities
• attention to detail and methodical work style
• fluent verbal and written English
• German language skills desirable.

• Salary of 2030€ gross per month
