Crystal Ski Operations Agent

• Deliver exceptional service to guests from arrival to departure
• Plan guest transfers from airport to resort and back within budget
• Monitor flights and react to changes, resolving issues promptly
• Deal with lost property and assist in returning possessions to guests
• Collate and distribute feedback to ensure smooth guest journeys
• Work on bespoke transfer system and Microsoft Excel
• Verify supplier invoices and liaise with accounts to ensure payments are made promptly

• Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
• Enjoy spreading positivity and being a great team player
• Digital know-how and willing to learn the demands of the job
• Efficient and organized with the ability to multitask
• Confident when dealing with challenging situations
• Methodical and detail-oriented
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• German language skills desirable
