Job Description:

Join TUI's Crystal Ski team as an Operations Agent. This role involves planning guest transfers, working with suppliers, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service, all while enjoying the thrills of winter outdoor life.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional service to guests from the moment they arrive and ensure a happy departure
plan all guest transfers from airport to resort and back, within budget
monitor flights and work with airport management and suppliers to handle changes
deal with lost property and assist guests in retrieving possessions
collate and distribute feedback to suppliers
verify supplier invoices and liaise with accounts for prompt payments.

Requirements:

Fluent in verbal and written English and French
passion for the mountains with experience or interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life
genuinely enjoy spreading positivity and being a great team player
digital know-how and willingness to learn about technology and Crystal Ski products and services
efficient and organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
confident when dealing with challenging situations, quick to spot potential problems, and capable of providing solutions
love detail and work methodically to meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft Excel
familiarity with flight monitoring, transfer systems, and supplier coordination.
