Job Description:

Ready to embark on a journey in the world of hospitality, travel, tourism, and bring the mountains to life for Crystal Ski guests? This role involves providing exceptional guest service, planning transfers, monitoring flights, and coordinating with suppliers, while ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional service to guests from the moment they arrive and make sure they also go home happy at the end of it, including preparations before they arrive
plan all guest transfers from airport to resort and back again, within budget, making sure to offer the best possible service
monitor flights, and work with airport management and suppliers to react to flight time changes and resolve issues promptly
deal with lost property and help guests get their possessions returned to them
collate feedback from colleagues in resort to ensure the guest journey is as smooth as possible & distribute feedback to suppliers
work predominantly on bespoke transfer system and Microsoft Excel
verify supplier invoices, and liaise with accounts department to ensure they are paid promptly

Requirements:

Passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life but like the structure of an office role
genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person who displays resilience
digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible Crystal Ski products & services
efficient & organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
confident when dealing with challenging situations, can think on your feet, quick to spot potential problems, and can use your initiative to provide solutions
love detail and work methodically to get things done thoroughly and within deadlines
fluent in verbal and written English and French

What we offer:

Salary of 2100€ gross per month
cost of living allowance from 300€ gross per month for local residents with their own accommodation
