Job Description:

The Machine Identity and Cryptographic Services team provide a wide range of Cryptographic consultations and solutions to internal customers globally. This role will focus on processes around TLS/SSL certificates and SSH keys, which the team executes through Venafi Trust Protection Platform.

Job Responsibility:

Processing requests in Service Now within agreed SLA
Responding to queries about TLS certificate management
Respond in timely manner on urgent production issues that require Cryptographic services assistance
Escalate and clarify non-standard queries
Act as first point of contact for issues encountered in Venafi application
Identify gaps in processes and escalate them accordingly
Work on continuous data enhancement quality
Ensure continuity of SSH key discovery process
