Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics' unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Token Metrics, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days within a 90-day period
  • Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising on quality
  • Achieve and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing candidate pipelines
  • Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and others
  • Skilled in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • A track record of success as a technical recruiter, with a strong history of hiring top talent
  • Expertise in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
