Job Description:

Within the Rider Marketing team, you will work closely with the Rider Marketing Manager on the implementation of all digital communications aimed at riders. You will lead projects to improve the effectiveness of our communications and work independently on developing the content strategy. You will also be responsible for designing the communication strategy across our various social media channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all communications and content are consistent with the brand strategy and that Deliveroo’s visual identity guidelines are respected
  • Ensure the operational execution of campaigns through our CRM tools, in close collaboration with all stakeholders (Operations teams, Marketing team, central coordination teams)
  • Lead CRM projects: monitor performance, improve our communications, and implement tests
  • Proactively analyse existing processes and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Digital Marketing, CRM project management, or Community Management
  • Significant experience in social media
  • Bachelors or master’s degree with a specialisation in marketing, digital fields, corporate communication, or advertising
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Creative and curious
