We’re now looking for a CRM Manager to join our Bengaluru team. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep expertise in CRM with broad digital marketing leadership, helping to build a best-in-class owned channel growth engine. This role will focus on both the execution and strategic planning of CRM initiatives, while also supporting the wider digital marketing team and providing guidance and mentorship to our India marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Designing and delivering multichannel CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Push notifications, Email, in-app messaging, and performance retargeting
Building customer journeys that drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
Partnering with product and data teams to optimise CRM within our app and web platforms
Scaling automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies to maximise customer value
Acting as a mentor and guide to our India marketing operations team, sharing expertise across performance and digital marketing
Collaborating with global marketing colleagues to ensure CRM is integrated with paid, SEO, and brand activity
Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, uncovering insights to inform future growth
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in CRM & lifecycle marketing, ideally in app-first or marketplace businesses
Proven experience managing and developing team members, with the ability to mentor, prioritise effectively, and drive high performance
