Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing Ecommerce brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their expanding team. The role will focus on Retention and Loyalty, automation and cover email, SMS and push notifications. You will have experience being hands-on and implementing campaigns, however the role will mainly be managing a team of 2 with the ability to jump in when needed.

Requirements:

Experience being hands-on and implementing campaigns
Previous management or agency management experience
Ability to produce reports and provide meaningful insights to help with strategy
Experience of segmentation
Experience with subscription would be ideal
Highly collaborative and proactive in nature

Nice to have:
