Our client, a fast-growing Ecommerce brand, is looking for a strong CRM Manager to join their expanding team. The role will focus on Retention and Loyalty, automation and cover email, SMS and push notifications. You will have experience being hands-on and implementing campaigns, however the role will mainly be managing a team of 2 with the ability to jump in when needed.
