You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their requirements, configuring the CRM system accordingly, and ensuring a seamless and successful implementation process. Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their needs, requirements, and objectives
  • Translate client requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, as well as CRM solutions
  • Identify solutions within our application based on complex business processes, challenges, and client needs
  • Lead CRM implementations, including configuration, integration, and data migration
  • Configure the CRM system to align with client requirements
  • Act as the bridge between project stakeholders and internal teams
  • Serve as a product expert and guide stakeholders toward the appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with customers and communicate potential future standards and benefits
  • Prioritize activities to meet project requirements and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Analytical and customer-centric mindset
