Job Description:

The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in credit systems. The role involves maintaining data quality in credit systems, monitoring credit exposure, and adhering to credit policies. Responsibilities include processing credit requests, analyzing credit reports, tracking requests and changes, preparing reports for audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position requires relevant experience or similar background, proficiency in computer skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
maintain an executive document to track all requests, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, applying ethical judgment, and escalating issues

Requirements:

Relevant experience required
experience in credit operations or similar position
knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
ability to work in a team-oriented environment
fresh graduate or with work experience up to 2 years
