Job Description:

Our longstanding client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in credit control and a passion for maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively manage and collect outstanding debts from clients
Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
Resolve invoice queries and disputes efficiently
Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth billing and collections
Prepare regular reports on debtor status and aged debt

Requirements:

Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
