Job Description:

Support the Credit Control Platform Services Team Lead to collect overdue amounts, by contacting customers. The role will start as a 6-month contract, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Credit Control Platform Services Team Lead by contacting customers with overdue invoices, initially by email, but if necessary, scheduling quick calls with relevant customers
  • Monitor the development of the Platform Services overdue amounts
  • Close alignment with IntOps client facing team
  • Ad hoc tasks, as per Credit Control Platform Services request

Requirements:

  • Finance (or related areas) student
