We are looking for a dedicated Credit Clerk to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in managing billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and supporting financial processes. Job Responsibility:
Prepare and mail invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
Collect and organize necessary documents for each client to facilitate billing processes
Provide assistance with invoice processing and reconciliation tasks
Process credit card transactions and ensure records are properly maintained
Perform data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze billing data
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies using strong problem-solving skills
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information
Requirements:
Previous experience in billing or a related financial role is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
Ability to analyze and solve billing issues effectively
Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
