Credentialing Analyst

• Oversee and manage the credentialing process to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records and support their operational needs
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data effectively
• Address and resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless credentialing operations
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Assist in audits and reviews to verify compliance with credentialing standards
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve credentialing workflows and processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
• Prior experience in credentialing, administrative support, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with compliance standards in credentialing processes is a plus
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve credentialing issues
