Job Description:

Energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the Brand Partnerships team, delivering unique campaigns for world-leading brands and ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Drive department teams for end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects
Coordinate with internal teams across sales, creative strategy, marketing, design, landings, and events team
Lead day-to-day communication with clients
Collaborate with sales and creative strategists to develop innovative campaign ideas
Support with creating proposal slides and detailed media plans
Source and scout potential suppliers
Lead branded shoots locally and nationally
Feature in video content as on-screen talent
Conduct regular reporting and analysis of campaign work
Maintain understanding of media and events market
Build competitor reviews
Participate in team meetings and brainstorms
Provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally within a media owner or creative/digital/events agency in Project/Account Management or Production
Proven track record of delivering exceptional client servicing
Expertise in crafting visually appealing, client-facing decks
Outstanding strategic and analytical skills
Deep knowledge of the global media, advertising, and social landscape
A genuine passion for branded content and innovative ideas
Exceptional numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A proactive, confident self-starter
Natural problem-solver with collaborative approach
Comfortable being on camera (beneficial but not essential)
Fluency in English is essential
Basic videography skills (beneficial but not essential)
