Creative Solutions Producer Manager

• drive different department teams and external producers for development and delivery of bespoke brand events, communicating to the team any and all priorities, deadlines, developments, and decisions made, involving key senior staff as needed
• negotiate contracts with venues, third party vendors and talent
• be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events
• maximize & monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies
• work with the project management team to ensure client expectations and standards are met
• complete risk assessments where necessary
• be knowledgeable of Spain best practices and new destinations/venues, suppliers and services
• cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• be proactive with ideas and creative solutions, actively participating in regular team meetings and brainstorms related to brand events
• provide support in relation to event production for other teams as required
• knowledge on digital marketing

• 4-5 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally at creative/event agency
• excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• a good standard of numeracy and literacy
• be able to create Budget and P&L
• excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• comfortable working through new situations

• passionate about brands and innovative ideas
• native level proficiency in Spanish and good in English
• good on Excel and PPT presentations
