Job Description:

The role involves driving different department teams and external producers for the development and delivery of bespoke brand events, negotiating contracts, budgeting, and ensuring client expectations are met. The candidate should be proactive, strategic, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Drive different department teams and external producers for development and delivery of bespoke brand events
Negotiate contracts with venues, third party vendors and talent
Be responsible for accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events
Work with the Project Management team to ensure client expectations and standards are met
Complete risk assessments where necessary
Be knowledgeable of Spain best practices and new destinations/venues, suppliers and services
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers & internal stakeholders
Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
Provide support in relation to event production for other teams as required
Knowledge on digital marketing

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally at creative/event agency
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
A good standard of numeracy and literacy
Be able to create Budget and P&L
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Comfortable working through new situations
Strategic thinker
Confidence in establishing and developing new relationships
Team player
Enthusiasm and pro-activity
Passionate about brands and innovative ideas
Native level proficiency in Spanish and good in English
Good on Excel and PPT presentations
