This is a hands-on foundational leadership role to help reshape the 7-Eleven brand in ways that are bold, consistent, fun, and uniquely Canadian. The Creative Services Lead will be the creative engine powering the marketing machine, setting the standard for how the brand shows up across every channel—whether it’s on shelf, on screen, or in store. The role involves leading a small creative production team and building smart workflows.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor a growing in-house creative team (graphic design, writers, video/production)
Set the overarching creative direction and vision for all content
Own the creative process from end to end: intake, brief development, creative and content strategy, concepts, approvals, and asset delivery
Oversee the production of high-quality creative across digital, print, in-store, social, video, OOH, packaging and more
Responsible for all sub-branding and brand guidelines and oversee integration of the brand strategy, standards and tone of voice
Implement scalable systems, tools, and templates
Ensure brand consistency across every channel and campaign
Responsible for stewarding creative testing and collaborating with research & insights team
Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated marketing, communications, loyalty, digital, social, Category Management and external vendor partner teams
Manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a high-volume environment
Present creative work and rationale to stakeholders
Stay on top of creative trends, technologies, and emerging formats
Requirements:
Bachelor's/4 Yr Degree
5+ years of relevant work experience
2+ years of management experience
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related creative field preferred
5+ years of creative experience, with 2+ years leading or managing teams—preferably in retail, QSR, CPG, or an in-house agency environment
Advanced to Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with video production tools/workflows
Experience building or scaling a creative services function, including team structure and process design
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
