This CPM is the internal creative group engine, linking all functions, and managing the end-to-end workflows for full-funnel creative campaigns (inclusive of platform and concept development) with excellence. Creative Project Managers work closely with Creative Account Management, Creatives, and Integrated Production to ensure that projects are moving seamlessly through the system and that challenges are addressed quickly. This role is focused on managing social first campaigns, request fully related to organic social etc.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Creative Account Management on project intake ensuring that resources are appropriately assigned, and jobs are opened in Workfront
Ensure alignment across multiple Style Campaign teams and the social creative team for cohesion on concepts
Partner and work with Style Campaign Project Managers to align on shared reviews and milestones when applicable
Develop detailed project schedules, working with account, creative and production team members on input and alignment
Manage multiple concurrent digital projects such as video, static, carousel, story, and ensuring deadlines, specs, and quality standards are met
Keep project team updated on key milestones, timeline shifts, and changes in deliverables
Drive social-first campaign initiatives from ideation through delivery across digital platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
Provide detailed support for the creative team and be a “righthand” to the creative lead through the creative development process
Ensure project milestones and documents are updated in Workfront as projects progress through the agency
Lead internal status meetings and share status documents to ensure clarity of weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables
Call out scheduling, resourcing or other potential challenges well in advance and offer solutions
Collaborate with creative and production to ensure deliverables are platform- optimized and align with best practices for each channel
Liaise with other Creative Account Management & Operations leads to ensure work is being routed to appropriate partners while in development (legal, trademark, Corp Comms, etc.)
Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and escalate to creative leadership when needed
Manage delivery of final creative hand-off decks and files to Brand Social partners
Requirements:
3-6 years as a Creative Project Manager with an advertising agency or in-house creative group
Experience leading a high volume of projects across multiple digital social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media trends, creative formats, and digital storytelling best practices
Experience with Workfront or similar PM software preferred
