Our client, a leading Travel Group, is looking for a strong Creative Lead to join their team in London. The role is a permanent, full-time position and will be based in a London office a couple of times a week with the rest of the days working from home. The role is paying up to £65k (depending on experience) plus additional benefits. You will be required to have experience leading design teams, leading on creative strategy and be a strong influencer. You will also be working across a number of key brands, and if you have experience working on multiple brands at one time, this would be a huge benefit. You will also have experience leading design teams working on online and offline content, across B2B and B2C campaigns. You will lead delivery of content and have a passion for design, as well as being able to identify key areas of development. The ideal person will be able to work with other marketing and digital teams within the business, have experience working to KPI's, and presenting ideas. You will be a very strong communicator, work well in a team and be confident presenting to leadership teams. You will have a background in Digital Design, UX/UI and be able to present ideas using sketches, wireframes and prototypes. You will have a strong knowledge of the current digital design trends, excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is essential, and you will also have animation experience, and knowledge of HTML.
