Job Description:

An ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in Harrow is seeking a Creative Graduates SEN Teaching Assistant. This role involves working with EYFS, KS1 & KS2 students, supporting those with SEND and SEMH needs, and assisting teachers in delivering lessons. Creativity is a central feature of the school's teaching philosophy. A full-time, long-term position starting September 2025 with opportunities for permanent contracts and a daily rate of £110–£115.

Job Responsibility:

Working with students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 (EYFS / Reception – Year 6)
Supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs individually and in small groups
Assisting class teachers with delivering lessons in core subjects
Utilising creativity to make learning fun and accessible to all

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school environment
A confident and bubbly individual
Someone comfortable with encouraging learning through creativity
A passion for education and learning
A sufficient understanding of SEND/SEMH needs

What we offer:

£110 – £115 per day
Long-Term, Full-Time role
Opportunities for permanent contracts
Monday – Friday (no weekends)
