Job Description:

This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. In this role, you’ll help manage and improve the tools and processes that support our CPQ capabilities. You’ll work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from planning to production.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by loading test cases, assigning tasks, and tracking progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assign business requirements
  • Set up CPQ data in relevant source systems when needed
  • Maintain and manage the Change Request (CR) tracker
  • Assist with testing and sign-off during the Move to Production (MTP) process
  • Provide timely responses to support tickets and help resolve issues
