Lead a team of passionate part-time associates, inspiring them to excel in providing unparalleled customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales goals. Manage daily operations, weekly scheduling, and inventory while ensuring full compliance with Pandora and Macy’s standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and exceed counter sales goals
  • Foster an engaging sales environment emphasizing exceptional fan experiences
  • Train, coach, and inspire Part-Time Sales Associates and Part-Time Sales Leads
  • Regularly assess associate performance
  • Prepare effective weekly schedules
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Ensure impeccable presentation of Pandora jewelry
  • Maintain strict adherence to all Pandora and Macy’s operational, security, POS, and loss prevention policies
  • Efficiently manage weekly scheduling
  • Actively support the District Sales Manager (DSM) with hiring needs
  • Participate in interviewing and onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail
  • Developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
  • At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work
  • Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Can include standing for extended periods
  • Familiarity with Macy’s or department store retail environment preferred but not required
