Job Description:

Corporate Recruiter to support an upcoming critical project. Ideal candidates will bring specialized expertise in recruitment across multiple disciplines including Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandise Planning, Commercial Buying, and leadership/field recruitment. Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiation
Recruit candidates for key roles across Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain/Merchandise Planning, and Commercial Buying
Support leadership and field recruitment initiatives
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
Build and maintain network of top talent for current and future needs
Stay up to date on industry trends to strategically advise hiring decisions

Requirements:

Proven experience in corporate recruiting
Specialized expertise in Accounting/Finance
Specialized expertise in Supply Chain/Merchandising Planning
Specialized expertise in Leadership
Specialized expertise in Commercial Buying
Strong ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms like Monster, ADP, & LinkedIn
Located in Las Vegas with ability to commute on-site daily
