Job Description:

As a Corporate Tech Recruiter at Sopra Steria, you will coordinate the recruitment process, source candidates, and work closely with hiring managers to grow the company's talent pool. You will make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in a dynamic IT environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the entire recruitment process and be responsible for sourcing
Work closely with hiring managers to identify and select the best candidates
Perform active sourcing, networking, or attending events to maintain a talent pool
Ensure candidates become enthusiastic about working at Sopra Steria.

Requirements:

You have a minimum of a bachelor’s (HBO) level of working and thinking
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Recruiter, specifically in hiring Microsoft (.NET) Software Developers
You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
You have experience with sourcing and use various channels to find the right candidates
You feel at home in a dynamic IT environment
You are flexible and know how to come up with creative solutions to engage your target group
You have a no-nonsense mentality
You perform well under pressure and are comfortable working with targets
We’re looking for someone who is interested in a permanent (in-house) position.

What we offer:

A permanent contract
A salary between € 3340,- and € 5000,- gross per month (based on 40 hours per week)
Holiday pay of 8%
A generous mobility budget in the form of a lease arrangement of € 1092,- or alternative transport arrangement
