We are looking for a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Ironton, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth of our Engineering and Information Technology teams by driving effective talent acquisition strategies. You will collaborate with HR partners and leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives while managing the full recruitment cycle for critical positions.
Job Responsibility:
Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Engineering and IT roles
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and company leadership to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process
Analyze metrics and trends to inform decisions and enhance recruitment outcomes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes by sharing innovative ideas and examining current workflows
Develop and implement programs to support business objectives from a talent perspective
Ensure ethical and disciplined execution of daily tasks to positively impact the company, customers, and personal growth
Foster teamwork and knowledge sharing within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
Leverage technology and tools to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency
Support volume recruiting efforts for multiple requisitions while maintaining a high level of quality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related field
Proven experience in recruiting for Engineering and/or Information Technology roles
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment success
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
Proficiency in using recruiting tools and technologies to streamline processes
Commitment to continuous improvement and ethical work practices
