Office Angels is on the lookout for a superstar Corporate Receptionist to join a prestigious and well-established organisation in Stockton. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, front-of-house role where first impressions truly matter!
Job Responsibility:
Welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism
Handling calls and directing enquiries with top-tier phone etiquette
Managing clerical tasks: filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Booking meeting rooms, managing supplies, and supporting admin tasks
Using Google Suite for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Keeping the reception area immaculate and inviting
Requirements:
Impeccable presentation and a confident, professional manner
Previous experience in a corporate or professional setting
Strong multitasking skills and calm under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must be able to commute reliably to Stockton (driver preferred)
Available immediately with no planned holidays until end of June
