Job Description:

Robert Half’s law firm client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports a busy legal team including Real Estate (Hospitality) Attorneys and Corporate Attorneys, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support to attorneys in Real Estate and Corporate practice groups
Manage attorney calendars and schedule Zoom meetings
Handle billing processes (corporate legal billing experience required)
Enter attorney time into billing systems
Maintain and organize legal documents using DocsOpen and iManage
Utilize Office 365 and OneDrive for document creation and collaboration
Coordinate internal and external communications
Assist with general office tasks and legal team support as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a detail-oriented law firm setting
Proficiency in word processing with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience in a corporate legal environment is required
Strong proficiency in Office 365, OneDrive, and Zoom
Experience with DocsOpen and/or iManage is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
