Corporate Commercial Account Handler

• Manage and support a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering excellent day-to-day service
• Provide technical insurance and risk management advice
• Work with Client Managers on tailored Service Plans and attend client/insurer meetings
• Recommend improvements to insurance programmes and negotiate terms with insurers
• Prepare marketing presentations and cover comparisons with the Broking Manager
• Build strong insurer relationships and resolve client queries efficiently
• Identify opportunities to offer wider business solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and risk frameworks

• Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry, ideally within commercial risks
• Knowledge of global placements (beneficial but not essential)
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of market forces and risk factors
• Proven background in delivering exceptional client service within a consultative environment
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Analytical, detail-driven, and proactive
• Solution-oriented, resilient, and able to take ownership of challenges
