Job Description:

Are you an experienced Account Executive with a passion for managing corporate clients? Lawes are partnering with a leading global broker who are recruiting for a Corporate Account Executive to join their team in Leicester. Our client is also considering experienced Commercial Account Handlers who would like to take a step into an Account Executive position. This role comes with a generous book of business to inherit, with a strong emphasis on client engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Foster strong, trusted, and profitable client relationships
Tailor Insurance products to meet client needs
Engage with clients through various channels including face-to-face, phone, and video calls, networking events
Conduct networking and prospecting activities to expand the client portfolio
Offer diverse solutions from a wide range of brands and products within the business

Requirements:

Proven experience in the insurance industry
Expertise in client relationship management and core lines of commercial risks
ACII qualification or equivalent (desirable)
Strong technical insurance knowledge
Experience managing large commercial and corporate insurance risks (desirable)
Commercial acumen with understanding of market forces, business drivers, and industry dynamics
Proficiency in sales, fee setting, negotiation, and influencing
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Client-focused, consultative approach with commitment to delivering excellence

Nice to have:

ACII qualification or equivalent
Experience managing large commercial and corporate insurance risks
