Job Description:

As a Corporate Banker you are responsible for driving the planning of investment strategies and solutions for major Saudi clients in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with experienced Bankers to provide overall relationship management support
Assist with day-to-day cash management activities, trading initiatives, vendor finance, foreign exchange, loan activity, debt capital markets efforts, share repurchase and interest rate/equity derivatives
Partner with Product Partners and Relationship Managers to perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels
Responsible for evaluating public filings, research reports, operations, business plans, and financial forecasts to produce strategic and financial analyses
Responsible for staying abreast of market and industry trends, 'best practices' and competitive landscape
Facilitate credit originations, credit allocation, approvals, documentation, bookings, fee collections and renewals for Standby Letters of Credit and justify exceptions, as well as credit allocation from Parent Account Management teams and Credit Risk Management

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience
Sound understanding of the Corporate Banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations affecting it and the lending and credit approval process
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ideally knowledge of the Saudi market
Credit skills/experience (i.e., financial accounting, commercial lending theories, industry awareness, loan structuring, etc.) preferred
Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products
