Job Description:

Applications are invited from dynamic Corporate Solicitors who are looking for a solid platform on which to boost their careers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years PQE which will be backed up by strong academics and a track record of success in a leading commercial law environment.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a mix of M&A, ECM and general corporate advisory work
Advise a diverse client base including national/international corporates and investors
Get involved with marketing strategy targeting new business and the development of existing client relationships

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years PQE
Strong academics
Track record of success in a leading commercial law environment
UK or commonwealth qualified (Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
