Job Description:

A top 20 international law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join their expanding London team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the forefront of cutting-edge transactional work within a highly ranked practice that is seeing strong growth across various sectors such as technology, financial services, real estate, and healthcare.

Job Responsibility:

Act on complex, multijurisdictional transactions
Engage in domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital markets work, and corporate reorganisations
Work alongside market-leading partners on public and private M&A, equity capital markets transactions, private equity, venture capital, and strategic investments
Guide clients through deals with complex regulatory or international dimensions.

Requirements:

Have 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law at a recognised UK or international firm
Have experience advising on private M&A, joint ventures, and/or equity capital markets transactions
Demonstrate an international mindset, with the ability to manage cross-border issues effectively
Be comfortable interacting directly with clients and managing deal processes
Foreign language skills and/or experience advising clients in emerging markets would be an asset but are not required.
