Job Description:

Join a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing and production sector! Our client is seeking a motivated Coordinator to support their Facilities team during a 12-month maternity cover. Based in Watford, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management.

Job Responsibility:

Manage relationships with key service providers for UK depots
Engage with finance functions to promote energy and facilities best practises
Conduct monthly review meetings with suppliers to address queries and projects
Clarify company policies and provide cost details
Resolve issues efficiently and promptly
Analyse charges and supplier rates to ensure accuracy
Prepare detailed reports for senior management on incidents and costs
Recommend supplier contracts while articulating benefits and risks
Maintain data for trend analysis to mitigate costs across Fleet, Waste, Electricity, Gas, and Water

Requirements:

Experience working at a coordinator level
Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels
Ability to advise senior managers on pricing and service quality
Proficient in PC skills
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Focused on delivering first-class customer service
Natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail
